When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
If you don't receive confirmation, call us
at 800-242-4134 between 9am and 4pm E.S.T. In the case of an EMERGENCY,
call the number above .
PICK-UP (RETURN)...
We will arrange for the pick-up.
It is not necessary for you to produce
labels. The UPS driver will arrive with labels to affix to the container(s).
IMPORTANT: FOR DISPLAYS TO ARRIVE ON YOUR STATED DELIVERY DATE, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DATE.
DAMAGE
If the exhibit is damaged or parts are misplaced while in your possession, you are responsible & your cost center will be charged for
repairs/replacement parts.
